Booking Etiquette Policy
Because every cowboy knows, respectin’ time is part of the code.
To ensure fairness, professionalism, and smooth trails for all our guests and team members, we ask that all clients kindly review and adhere to the following Booking Etiquette Policy.
💳 Commitment Deposits
All massage, facial, and InMode services, as well as any services requiring additional staff coverage, require a Commitment Deposit ranging from $40–$100, based on the total cost and time of services scheduled.

This deposit reserves your spot and is applied toward your total balance at checkout, so long as the appointment is kept as scheduled.

⚖️ The Outlaw Clause
Sometimes plans change, but last-minute reschedules or no-shows can cause bumps in the trail. Here's how we handle 'em:
🚫 Standard Appointments (In-Saloon Services):

Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your Commitment Deposit.

For appointments that have been prepaid as part of a session pack, the credit or debit card on file will be charged the amount of the Commitment Deposit in the event of a late cancellation or reschedule, as outlined above.

If this is your first late reschedule, your deposit may ride along to your new appointment time — as a one-time courtesy.

On any subsequent late reschedules, the deposit will be kept, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

🐎 Mobile Services:

Cancellations or reschedules within 6 hours of your mobile service will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

If our mobile provider arrives at your location and no one is present or answers the door, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
